The vines are planted on slopes at altitudes of 200 to 650 metres, which accentuates the effects of climate.

In these mountain vineyards, the cool summer nights enable the grapes to achieve full maturity over a longer growing period. This gives Haute Vallée de l'Orb wines unique aromatic finesse and balance.
